Maze by Monke
A downloadable game for Windows
Hi, you can call me Monke!
This is my Maze game. It has 6 levels (currently, maybe someday I'll make the remaining 4) with new features and a variety of obstacles. The game is also translated into Italian, and the English one also has Dark Mode, that's why there are 3 files in the zip folder.
As you can read in the disclaimer (in the English file), I didn't make this game for this jam. It's a project I've been working on occasionally, with big breaks (that's why despite the time it's existed, there are only 6 levels), in the past few years.
The music is all composed by me (it was my first attempt at making music, and I used Musescore).
Feedback would be appreciated in the comments, especially regarding how you find the difficulty scaling, if you've encountered any bugs, the lenghth of the disclaimer, or even ideas for obstacles and level names. All stuff that can improve the game. So if you want, let me know your thoughts ^_^
P.S. Please, if you try it, give feedback (see paragraph above)
P.P.S. Despite the extension, my game doesn't use macros (idk how to code), but maybe someday...

Sorry MonkeGaming, I'm unable to leave a review for your game because I don't have PowerPoint on PC no more as my school only wants the online one (which isn't as cool as the offline one, mostly because of the impressive amount of features that aren't available for ALL the Microsoft products, in comparison to the offline ones...
I swear I remember using Microsoft Word online... and it was missing features added way back in Microsoft Word 2007)So yeah... I won't be able to try out your game unless I/you somehow convert it for Google Slides lol
Daaamn I don't think it's possible. Sucks :(
Not really a feedback (for now) but rather a fun fact regarding that action that apparently "didn't take anywhere" if you clicked the title screen button:
Basically, it would have been an easter egg in which the player would have been able to access another, different maze game in PPT, but made by me instead!
Though, the name of said maze had my real name in it and many other real names as well... So that's one of the reasons it got cut off from this version, plus, the actual levels weren't that original in terms of content, but the actual interesting parts were the extra menus I've added here and there... They were kinda pointless for the most part, but it was fun anyway.
The rest is history...
Maybe we'll bring it back in a way or another... Who knows?
You could still speedrun and make a decent enough game (that doesn't have a level that's the reverse of another lol) for this jam ;)
I think I should have it lying around somewhere in the files? Idk man it passed a long time since I've last opened it...
I'd rather spend my time on that... other project if you know what I mean ;)
Yeah that other project... Hey a game jam might be a good way to start showing it around to ppl and get some players.
I still have it
Fantastic! :D

Lol you found it. How??? Did you hover over every point of every screen? XD
Have you tried clicking it?
